We only collect what we need to book you in, contact you about your appointment and run the salon. Depending on how you reach us, that can include:

• Your first and last name
• Your mobile or landline phone number
• Your email address
• Appointment details, including the services you booked, your preferred technician, the date and time, and any notes you give us about allergies, sensitivities or nail history
• Messages you send us through the website contact form, by text message, by email or through our social media pages
• Payment information processed by our payment provider at the time of your visit. We do not store full card numbers on our systems
• Technical information collected automatically when you browse the site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you view

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, financial account credentials or any government-issued identification numbers.

Consent is never pre-ticked, and consent to receive marketing text messages is never a condition of booking, buying a service or being served.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on how often you book with us and whether you opted in to promotional messages. Transactional messages are sent as needed around your appointments. Promotional messages are typically sent no more than four times per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier may.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or reply START to opt back in. You can also call us on (813) 749-0502 and ask to be removed.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

4Cookies & Tracking

This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help the site function and help us understand how it is being used.

• Essential cookies keep the site working, remember your form progress and keep booking sessions secure. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.

Card payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Full card numbers are not stored on our website, in our booking system or on salon computers.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we take reasonable commercial steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

6Your User Rights

You can, at any time:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are legally required to keep, such as transaction records
• Withdraw consent to marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any email
• Withdraw consent to marketing text messages by replying STOP
• Ask us to stop using your information for a particular purpose

7Age Restriction

This website and our SMS program are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through this website or knowingly enrol anyone under 18 in our text message program.

Children under 18 are welcome in the salon for kids' services, but their appointments must be booked and consented to by a parent or legal guardian, and the contact details we hold will be the parent's or guardian's. If you believe a minor has given us information through this website, contact us and we will delete it.

8Sharing & Disclosure

We share personal information only where it is needed to run the business, and only with parties bound to protect it:

• Service providers such as our booking platform, website host, email and SMS provider, and payment processor, who handle data on our behalf and only for the purpose we give it to them
• Professional advisers such as our accountant, where required for tax and bookkeeping
• Legal and regulatory bodies where we are required to disclose information by law, court order or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, property or the safety of our staff and customers
• A successor entity if the business is sold or merged, in which case your information would transfer under the same protections set out in this policy
